Keith Boggs is the owner of Broad Ripple Martial Arts Academy, specializing in boxing, kickboxing, and karate. He began boxing in 1968 and began studying karate in 1987. His accomplishments include:

3rd degree Black Belt
15 years of teaching experience
USKK 3rd place heavyweight in 1991
Second place heavyweight in the state, also in 1991
From 1992-1993, the second palace heavyweight in the PKC
State champ heavyweight, Kumite, in 1993
PKC National Champ heavyweight in 1993
Fourth place heavyweight in the state, 1995
Received Black Belt from Phil Morgan, 7th Degree

In addition, Sensei Boggs was the recipient of the Phil Morgan Outstanding Student Award in 1991, 1992, and 1993, and he was the co-trainer of the 1992-93 state middleweight kickboxing champion. Sensei Boggs was also the co-manager of former world junior welterweight champion, Randall Bailey.

Frank Dennis is the head trainer at QuantumFit, a Level 1 Certified CrossFit Trainer, and has been training in the CrossFit protocol since December of 2008. While he has a background in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, CrossFit, and training people in using the CrossFit method to improve their health and well-being, is his passion.

Rosina Eileen Catalan has been dancing for over twenty years. She began her dance career in classical ballet and was accepted into the Kent State University Ashtabula Dance Club. It was in Ancient Corinth, Greece that she fell in love with Mediterranean music and the varieties of dance. She continued her studies at the American University in Cairo, Egypt. Rosina holds a M.A. in Mediterranean studies. After graduate school, she continued her belly dance instructions with Cassandra al Warda and Maya Zahira. Rosina recently moved to Indianapolis and is excited to share her enthusiasm for the dance. She specializes in westernized nightclub and veil. As a student of Rosina's you will be exposed to folkloric music as well as the latest from the Arabic Pop charts!
